Copyright Infringement Consequences
Unauthorized use of copyrighted artwork is a serious violation of federal law and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.
Statutory Damages

Additional Remedies

Our Enforcement Policy
We actively monitor for copyright infringement using digital fingerprinting, reverse image search, and DMCA takedown procedures. Upon discovering unauthorized use, we will:
- Issue a formal cease and desist letter
- File DMCA takedown notices with hosting providers and platforms
- Pursue legal action for damages and injunctive relief
- Report criminal infringement to federal authorities when appropriate
